I play basketball professionally in Germany, and now due to a knee injury this season is behind me. I already did two master cleanses over the summers when I have free time - and I do feel great while on it and even afterwards. My question is more related to the part after the cleanse, since I am on day 11 now, and I want to do 40 days so my body completely heals.
Currently I am searching for more information on vegetarian foods for athletes. If any of you have some information, or good sites with recipes, advice or any comments I am more then willing to listen and learn new things.
