Hi everyone,

I'm starting The Master Cleanse on saturday and hoping to go for 20 days at least but I'll play it by ear I guess....I'm working tomorrow so posting today then I'll not post till Saturday morning with stats etc.
If you'd like to join me and give me some much needed moral support I'd be very grateful, it's always better doing things with someone else along for the ride :)
