Ending MC, Transition, Parasite/Kidney/Bowel Cleanse

I am transitioning out of the MC, I just had a question, can I start the parasite/kidney/bowel cleanse while transitioning or do I need to be eating solid foods so that things can get moving? Also, I was told that to do 1 day transition to each 2 days of mc. So I have been fasting for 15 days, so that means, 8 days transition (rounding up ;)), and the transition out is 2 days of oj and then the broth and then fruit and veggies in the p.m. So, should I do 5 days of oj then 3 days of fruit before going on to my essene bread I have been desperately waiting for? ;)
