Happy Day 4!...My Day 4 is going well so far. Last night was tough- watching my family eat a nice meal. I'm glad I stayed strong, because I feel great this morning. Had my SWF, whiched worked great this morning (I drink my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) cold and it's still very effective).
