Ok tomorrow I'll stick to just the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the AM. Glad to hear that if the Master-Cleanse is followed properly there aren't too many detox symptoms! I'm feeling pretty good and have done so far. Down about 6 pounds since I started so I'm hoping some more will come off and I will do my best to keep as much of it off after I have finished on the 28th :-)
