Hey I just thought I'd post that I completed day1. I lost 4 lbs from yesterday to today. The lemonade mixture is acutally good! It tastes like a mild ice tea to me so I"m happy with that. I'm aiming to go 14-21 days. I've fasted on water before but no longer then 13 days. I do plan on exercising while doing this. I'm going to do weight training for 30 minutes 3 times a week and light cardio 3 times a week as well. The salt water doesn't taste as bad as everyone made it out to be THANK GOD!
I'd thought I add this from the Master-Cleanse book. If your craving pizza and ice cream and taco bell its a craving and u should not break it if your craving cucumbers and carrots and greens then yoru ready to break it. SO listen to that I find it helps me!
