I am not sure about the transition/ending the Master-Cleanse per the protocol in the book. I have read, " Fasting Can Save Your Life ", by Herbert Sheldon each time before/during and after a fast. The part that does get me is coming off the fast. But in his book, optimally you need to transition as long as you were on the fast. Ergo, if you fasted 10 days, you need to transition for 10 days. Obviously, I am quite hyper about putting any amount of weight back on. What has been the outcome with anyone? How long did you transition? Did you put any amount of weight back on? Did you transition the 2-3 days per the book or did you transition longer based on the book above? Just wondering...I will do what works per the book, just worried that it is not enough time to get the 'system' working properly since it has been asleep for a period of time. What have you found?
