well I have exercised on only water and still exercised everday granted towards the end it got is day 1 for me of The Master Cleanse and I did 30 minutes of weight training. I plan to stick to that throughout. I'm going to do weight training 3 days a week, and do cardio the opposite 3 days per week probably just run for 20 minutes at 5.0 nothing to strenuous...I don't want to loose my muscle because that happened to me while water fasting...
