I think everyone is different in the weight loss category. It depends on your current weight and body type, and even then seems to vary from person to person. For me personally, I have seen about a pound a day. However, it's important to not get too hung up on the weight loss side. I have started weighing myself only once every 2 or 3 days. At first it was an obsession with me, and now I understand that regardless of how much weight I lose, I'll keep doing it for all of the other benefits I'm receiving. Happy cleansing.
