thanks for your positive responses. I am doing this totally by the book...between 6 and 9 glasses of lemonade and well over 70+ ounces of water. SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every morning (actually gets much easier and I'm kind of looking forward to it...sick huh?) and senna tea at night. Luckily my back pain has lessened. Only 5 days to go (counting today). I am so looking forward to food!!!!!
