I am doing EXACTLY that, besides sometimes only putting one tablespoon of syrup, as instructed to do if i wanted to try to lose weight. I have been perfect about the tea AND SWF, even though that is definitely the hardest part for me, what with waking up all early. That is why I just don't get it. It didn't even enter in my mind NOT to do those two things because those are the rules, that's why when I read on here that people are not doing those things AND losing weight, it made me doubly confused. Ah, well. Like I said, I didn't do this to lose weight, but I was just a little frustrated.
