I just finsished up with the MC. Before starting I didn't do a liver flush, but I did do a parasite/candida cleanse.
it's been a couple days off the Master-Cleanse now, but I'm having chills, glands swollen and lower back pain (maybe liver or kidneys). I've also been having insomnia.

I'm not sure what's going on or if I should be worried. I was told to wait two weeks to begin a liver flush.
But I'm worried something's going wrong.
