FOR MOST PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT HEALTHY ENOUGH FOR A 1 DAY DRY FAST




with one daily large 5 quart enema

IDEALLY NO HUMAN EVER NEED TO DO AN ENEMA IN THEIR LIFETIME----ONE SHOULD SIMPLY GET CONTROL OF THEIR DIET AND NEVER EVER DO AN ENEMA AND KEEP THE ENEMA FOR AN EMERGENCY USE....



= 3 days of water fast or 6 days of juice/herb fast.

WATER FASTING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE AVERAGE SICK PERSON--THEY WILL NOT TOLERATE GOING COLD TURKEY NO SUGAR.
THE FRUIT JUICE FAST, ALL HUMANS CAN DO AND FEEDS THE BLOOD STREAM.


STRONG FASTING SURELY CAN have great results for THE EXPERIENCED person and non experienced would even try such things, they would fail within a few hours


So a 7 day dry fast with one daily large enema = 21 day dry fast or 42 days of juice fast.

99.9% of the people on earth can not achieve a 7 day dry fast; 90% could never succeed at 1 day dry fast....they would have such dehydration and panic....simply would not do it.

ONLY an experienced human can dry fast and few can water fast......
