I got this information from the WILD ROSE COLLEGE OF NATURAL HEALING-designed for eliminating toxins & congestion and revitalizing the body. I didn't know there was another one. That is why I gave this one. The Maple Syrup I'm using is pure maple syrup, not commercial. When I read different post they mentioned pure maple syrup and fresh lemons or limes. Sorry if I offended You. I will try and find the recipe for the other one and read about it, but for this fast I'm using what I listed. I can't afford to get anything else.
