Hang in there, they say real cleansing doesnt start till day 8. I did the salt water flush the first 2 days, senna tea the next 2 days and both today. The senna was giving me the nastiest cramps the first few days but not anymore. I had butt pee the first day and today, but really bad smelling sludge, the last three days.

You should try the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and see if that changes things. Everyone is different. I imagine eveyones body has different levels of accumulation. As for me, I was juicing only for several days before I started the diet. I am also taking Agrisept(grapefruitseed and other citrus extract liquid) to kill parasites. I mix the drops it in with the Lemonade.
