By 1992 they added titanium dioxide to the air, along with their aluminum to insure all children born after 1992 should not make it to age 40---they select individual cities/areas/countries all the time for chemical experimentation.

As a RESULT of aerial spraying/vaccines since 1949------all human males on earth as an "AVERAGE" has lost 1% of their ability to have children and today, pick any average human male on earth and he has 50% LESS ABILITY to have children----even china, after being told to have all the children you can---have discovered millions of men are sterile-----the males world wide are less male as a result and can not have children of their own----all by Unit 731 Design----a 100 year old war that has never slowed down...

They went by the universal name---UNIT 731---------their obedient members today slaughter millions and millions of babies and children and still injecting slow death into their bodies----they make endless drugs that poison to death millions of africans, americans as they "protect" those they pay to distribute the drugs into every city.
