as I mentioned above I went from fasting for 10 days to pigging out on grains - the next day.
No post fast nothing but a pig out!!
Do you think I should fast for a few days again to get the grains out and then do the fruit/vegg thing?
I remember Somer int he past doing 10 days on then a few days off then back at it.. am I right Somer?
What was the result?
