The "UNDIVIDED STATES of AMERICA" ?
Instead of calling it "The UNITEDSTATES OF AMERICA"
Change it to " The NORTHERN STATES OF AMERICA" and "The SOUTHERN STATES OF AMERICA"
Now does that sound a lot more realistic?
No, not really.
What you see taking place externally - outside of yourself, is actually a projection of what is taking place internally, within.
The solution that you are proposing is like pruning the leaves of a tree, which lay outside, on the periphery, on the circumference. It doesn't come close to the root cause. It will take viewing the situation from a much higher altitude, say, a view from the 30,000 foot altitude.
For example, take a look down on the planet. Nations, pe se, really don't exist. They are really no lines on the Earth that divide everthing up. Nations only have the appearance of existing. Neither governments exist, nor do departments, agencies, bureaucracies, corporations, companies, communitites, crowds or groups. It is all an illusion. The only entities that have a true existential reality are individuals. Individuals are what make up all the other fictitious forms. It all comes down to the individual.
Now, take a closer look at the individual. Take yourself as an example. The word 'individual' literally means, one who is 'undivided'. Now, can you truly say to yourself that you are one that is absolutely 'undivided'? Can you truly admit to yourself that there is nothing about yourself that you would like to change? To be different? Nothing lacking? No desire to achieve something more? To be somebody more? To have more love? To be more loving? To have a companion? To have a house of your own? To own a bigger home? A better car? To have more money? To be better off? Better health? To be more happy? Are you really absolutely content with where you are? With who you are? With what you have? No place to go? Nothing to do?
If you have any of such a desire, it simply means that you are not totally accepting yourself as you are. And, if there is any non acceptance of yourself, then you do not totally love yourself. It means there is a part of you that you don't like, that is not accepted, which means you are not undivided. And, by definition - not really an 'individual'. But a person that is divided within himself.
But if you are truly an individual, undivided, then you already know that changing words around, replacing one word with another word, is like pruning the leaves of a tree. A good gardener knows that when you prune a leaf from a tree, three leaves will come back in its place. And, doing such a thing would not even come close to the very root of why divisions between human beings exist.
