I tried to add fruits to my diet several times since 2013. it was a disaster, I was more tired. I understood I had to ban fruits. I can't eat even one apple. Even few fruits has a consequence on my health.
First I tried fruit juices. It was the worst. Then, I tried fruits and my health condition was not better. Once I stopped fruit, my health condition started to stabilize. Lowering the amount of carb intake is the most important.
