On July 18th I fasted for 22 and a half hours. I was short an hour and a half to make it a successful Water Fasting day. I am trying to think how I can make this motivational for me to keep going in the right direction. I know the fast was helpful to my body even if it did fall short of my goal. Therefore I do not want to just throw it out. I decided to start a new category to place fasts like this so I can give myself some credit. Encouragement is important. I may add other categories as I go along.
