if not in practice in mindset from what you have stated.
fasting is not reccomended for those who have the tendency to feel like this. it can trigger you equating not eating with weightloss and if you continue to eat very little and then fast and cleanse you deplete you body of minerals and put a heavy toxic burden on your liver and kidneys.
if you are only doing this for weight loss i encourage you to stop. start eating healthy first. and remember that fat is fat and that is that...nothing more. not a reflection of you.
