Okay, I have decided to start over again and to again use this intermittent fasting forum to keep a record of it. I think what I did here in the past was the best plan for me. It is easier for me to get off and to not keep track otherwise. I have been fasting some. I managed to go six days straight of water only while I was gone, but I really think my alternate day plan is better for me. I may change my mind.
Tomorrow is a holiday, July 4th, 2020. I will miss the cook out due to my work schedule so I plan to start my new journey then. I would love to keep track for a whole year to see how many days I can do a total Water Fast during the year. I will also be keeping track of the number of days I only have health products during the year. The remainder of days will be eating food of my choice although I would like to keep it healthy as much as possible.
My goal is to keep a record here until at least July 3, 2021. That will give me a complete year of record keeping. I may get off from time to time, but keeping a record of it all should help keep me walking in the right direction.
