ran across a fellow in a private forum that is in europe and his group there has some interesting numbers/findings. random copy/paste follows

Iodine detox very weakly at doses up to 100 mg daily. 100-150 mg - many people feel metalic taste in mouth - it means bromine detox. 250-300 mg - detox from mercury starts. 650-750 mg - second wave of mercury detox, or maybe cadmium. Doses up to 50 mg can be in fact harmful, since they don't kill infections, but sometimes strenghthen them.


Since I had no bromine problem, my detox started at about 350 mg. The most important thing when detoxing by Iodine is drinking few grams of salt dissoluted in water, best in the morning.


I was detoxing over a year with doses between 150 and 1500 mg. Now I can take any dose up to about six grams without any negative side effects. I didn't tried higher doses, from about 2 grams they just work the same. Awesome.


Since Iodine goes all out of the body after about 48 hours, you can use it every second day, Although I prefer every day now, about 400-500mg daily.


Generally, nowodays people repeat after dr. Brownstein and other book authors - 12,5-50 mg daily. This is a rule even on a forum I linked below. And in my opinion it is very wrong - I know it from books written in times when Iodine was best medicine, and doctors didn't make too much money. I recommend reading source materials from first 20-30 pages of discussion on linked forum. There is whole lotta of hidden knowledge.


Iodine is antioxidant agent. The human antioxidant. It protects from 5G, pesticides, toxins,cancers...


Main way to poison people and gibve them autoimmune diseases are vaccines. Including COVID19



sounds like pretty good stuff to me.
