I'm on day 3, and it's been great so far; I think "one day at a time" really works, and I'm feeling good about doing something so positive too...each day, I try to add something to assist me in overall change for the better. The first day I added skin brushing, yesterday I added reading some "inner peace" cards, and today I added the 5 Tibetian exercises for a youthful life....so now I feel like I'm on a journey for a wonderful change, and it's so fantastic....all you cleansers, have a beautiful day!
