i also am starting today. i plan on doing a 10 dayer and then when i get there to cont. on to 20 days. i am looking forward to cleaning out my body and refreshing my soul. it is a long journey overdue. i have let myself fill up on unhealthy sweets and carbs for the past few months and am ready to get back to living and eating healthy. i sure can feel all the damage i have done to myself, i feel sluggish, mind isn't as sharp and and just plain run down. i know the first 3-4 days are going to be hard but we can do it, we just have to be strong and be in control of our bodies. i am here for you. stay strong.
