If you want to incorporate dandelion root into the flush protocol then use it 4 hours or more before you want to flush as it will stimulate the liver to make bile salts. In fact you can use it regularly before hand as a preparation. The root should be from a 2 year or more plant. I recommend olive oil and lemon juice but if you are compelled to use eggs then 5 minutes before consuming egg yolks drink some fresh lemon juice; about 2 or 3 tablespoons.
You other questions are very general and without context it's very difficult to offer any suggestions. The Liver Flush was very good for me. Apart form that I try to eat sensibly but I have recently read that our genetic coding is so individual that what will heal one person can be detrimental to someone else.
