I bet this is what is making you hungry. Don't dilute and just drink the 10oz of mixure. Wait like 30 min. before drinking water again. It gives your stomach something to work on for a while.
Additionally, I learned recently that one should never drink a lot with a meal. It dilutes your digestive juices making it harder for your body to work on the food. You should only sip a drink (preferably water) as necessary with a meal. If you do try to drink a lot during the day, stop 30 min. before a meal and wait 30 min. after before continuing your hydration regimen. :)
