Here is what I did.
the first week is really time to gradually ease into eating again.
I did the OJ for 2 days, watering it down a bit... it was so rich.
Then I did soup broth and a little of the vegetables on the third day, still doing OJ and the Master-Cleanse in the AM.
Then I started eating something little every couple of hours... for the rest of the week.
Once my system started to eliminate that is when I started taking the probiotics.
I have read in various posts that to do a Liver Flush you have to have something to flush. Although I have not done this myself as of yet.. they recommend waiting at least a couple of weeks before doing the flush. That way your system can build something up so as to aid in the flush process.
