Hereís one case study on strongyloides with both SIADH and CNS involvement. There are many of them you can find online if youíre interested.
The fact they even suggest this patient had no pulmonary infiltration is downright scary. There is ZERO chance this parasite was not in this patientís lungs, they just missed it.
ďSIADH has been associated with systemic strongyloidiasis; the mechanism is unknown, although it has been attributed to CNS or pulmonary involvement.5-9 However, our patient did not have CNS features or pulmonary infiltration by the parasite, and the mechanism through which Strongyloides caused SIADH remains a mystery.Ē
I do have quite a bit of information to share as well as pics. If I could get help from everyone else then I would be more than grateful to help with my info. Still patiently waiting on everyone to answer my post about their symptoms. I will hand out Participation Trophies at the end. Ha ha ha
