When you search the internet you see where people promote various vegetables as the top iodine foods.......

I suggest if the iodine info suggest fruits of a tree or bush---it will be more accurate.

I believe some trees/bushes uses a form of iodine / minerals as a defense mechanism......and these trees when destroyed will ooze such fluids as they struggle to live....the color "PURPLE" is a clue.....purple/black liquid in the fruits/trees could be a sign of iodine content. If not, no matter, because nature knows the correct balance and we never need the medical/scientist "pure' iodine crystals that you make lugol's iodine with that is extremely toxic and causes birth defects.
