As I have studied one of my big questions because iodine is such a big thing in human health and it seems as though everybody's trying to promote extracts have iodine, and nobody really talks about the foods that have iodine in them.
One thing I have found is that a half cup of organic cranberry juice will give you the recommended daily allowance have iodine,
I BELIEVE MANY OF THE BERRIES/NUTS CAN HAVE IODINE
AS A RESULT OF YOUR POST----NEXT BATCH OF IODINE MINERALS WILL HAVE ORGANIC CRANBERRIES IN THE BLEND.
and it is actually the iodine that gives the cranberry it's color.
MH what is your thought on the iodine in the Cranberry / cranberry juice.

THAT and I have always made a unique Vinegar Blend. Based on apple juice, but the addition of many juices, such as mulberry, black berry, pineapple, orange, etc. and cranberry will fit nicely in with that theory. Vinegar is a "live" product.
