The fad today is tiny bottles---actually Dr. Clark seen this many years ago and promoted 2 ounce bottles of black walnut. One of her re-sellers use to sale her book and a 2 ounce bottle of black walnut and stated it was the cure for cancer for just $50 and this doctor had 3 women packaging the cancer cure every day.....naturally all fakes; but they knew what people wanted to hear......
I think this is why essential oils are so popular----people want to believe they are real and not synthetic chemicals, but what sells them the best are those tiny bottles.
Dr. Christopher and his teachers before him understood herbal use and Dr. Christopher noted that he was known as the LARGE DOSE DOCTOR-----gallons.
In fact, all good herbs should be just that---dosage related. If it is good and not working for you, then odds are your not taking enough.
Tinctures in general have too much grain alcohol to take in large doses and some can be very potent with just drops......average dosage can be anywhere from 1 dropper to 1 tablespoon twice a day, all depends on the herb. The really potent ones can be as little as 3 drops per day.
Same goes with essential oils, 1 drop normally the daily dose, maybe 2-3 drops if your use to the oil.
A good syrup/tincture blend is a different story, if it is really good, then 1 gallon every month.
Powders are often taken as capsules. Capsules can vary from 3-21 daily depending on the herbs and goals.
Sprays are always dose related----some simple sprays can work so fast, you may swear you experienced a miracle and herbs in the air as you sleep is the true miracle for all ages.
