Questions about symptoms and liver

Hi there,

Some of you may have seen me post about my health issues. I’m just making this quick post to see if anyone can guide me in what to do or what my symptoms show?
I seem to suffer from constipation, low HCL, constant burping, constant mucous at back of throat (post nasal drip?), spots on back of arm, weird liver pain/discomfort that comes and goes, dark circles under eyes, undigested food in stool, unable to gain weight, body odour, dry mouth, cold hands and feet, gluten sensitivity, blepharitis, restless leg, light brown stool, bad gas (some of then burn also and smell horrible).

I’m not too sure what is causing my symptoms, I’m trying to work out what is causing my issues using the symptoms above. Most of my symptoms including the quite bad dark circles under eyes constipation and etc started at age 13, I’m 18 now.

I’ve tried things like anti microbials. I get a bit of die off and really weird red dots/spots under my eyes, where my eye bags are, not sure what these are.
I’ve also tried Water Fasting during which I get even worse liver pain and etc.

Do you think I could have parasites, or maybe toxic colon (I have been shown to have overgrowth of some bacteria in my stool tests).
