Sorry for not replying right away. First, congratulations on completing two 21 day fasts. Glad to hear that you had some great improvements. I am sure you know this but it will take a long time to heal. I can tell you more fasting will certainly help you clearing up all your ailments. However, you need to refeed and energize your body. So following simple protocols should make a marked difference in you condition. No baby foods please.
Follow these simple protocols stated below:
1. Your bowel needs to rest and able to digest some foods. I suggest that you eat lightly cooked foods, vegetable broth, Bone broth (I have never eaten meats, but recommending this), smoothies with very black banana (Rutin should be negligible), avocados, raw fresh coconut water, green vegan protein powder. No Sugar at all in any form. If you drink alcohol, you will have to give that up, not even wine.
2. Clean and kill all the bad bacteria by taking oregano oil capsules with meals. This will take a long time, more than 6 moths.
3. Start taking good probiotics to re-populate your gut with good bacterium, you need to take probiotics with 7 to 10 billion CFU.
4. For Healing inflammation, drink Aloe Vera juice, turmeric with coconut oil or Ghee. Turmeric is also anti-bacterial. Take Lugol's solution for thyroid function, follow the protocol with co-supplements, which you can find here on CZ on Iodine supplements.
5. Take supplements, vitamin D3, Cod liver oil, grape seed extract, CoQ10, Natural Calm and Vitamin C (not ascorbic acid from stores), possibly Amla or Acerola powders, BUT please take small amounts so you do not get diarrhea.
6. Rub warm castor oil on you abdomen and liver area every day twice, soak your feet in warm water with Epson salt twice a day and walk bare feet on the ground or at the beach. You will also benefit from EFT for resolving any emotional issues.
7. Clean your environment of any toxins, including relationships, electrical radiation, clean, radiation free bedroom, any other toxins that come from foods.
