Vision loss is a red flag, I use filarial formula, dec, alb, fenben, ivm, piperazine citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, metals, etc.

small reds can bite, be a pain, they react to lev, ivm, pyrantel, I use paste on skin.
