Re: Is Your Vaginal Infection Yeast or Bacterial?

You can go check it out through a vaginal swab sent to a lab by the gynaecologist.
That would be a safe bet.
However visibly you will know you had a yeast infection if you have yeast clumps in your panties.
If you have bacterial vaginosis, sometimes there is no symptoms at all.

Hence best to do a vaginal swab.

Once confirmed, you might need to stop taking Antibiotics as it is the culprit for all this living hell of candida.
Do a womb detox using yoni pearls/herbal tampons. it is a infused herbs and flowers mix into one ball using nano technology and inserted inside your vagina for 3-5 days and remove through a long string .

You will feel a purge out if your vagina is dirty and have lots of bacteria and yeast.
