Albendazole plus Praziquantel plus Ivermectin?

Does anyone know if albendazole, praziquantel and ivermectin can be combined in one protocol?

I am thinking of starting with Albendazole for the first 2 weeks together with 3d on/7d off/3d of Praziquantel and 7d on/2d off/2 on of Ivermectin. After those 2 weeks, I do 1 week of rest with only Ivermectin on 2d off & 2d on. Then, I repeat the protocol for 2 more times.

I was also thinking of doing the 4th round with only Ivermectin and Mebendazole.

Can those combinations work? Are they not very heavy on the liver? Is it ok to do such combos? Tweet
