Photo: Nematode Larvae?

Hello all,

Recently I sent my stool sample to Parasitology Center Inc. in Arizona. It came back positive for nematode infection but couldn't identify species? I was skeptical of this but went ahead and tried home remedies and various drugs.. I sent in another sample about a month later and it was the exact same result, this time they sent me a picture of the larvae.

Could anyone identify this? It doesn't even look like a worm to me.. I feel like I am being scammed.
