Thank you for sharing this. And thank you for the other comments that add a lot as well.
I have endometriosis and have 2 endo cysts on both ovaries. My endometriosis was under control with an alkaline diet and supplements. However, my cysts weren't shrinking so I read the book about Iodine and start the Iodine protocol. I am taking the other supplements to help the detox. But since I started I could not do the salt push because my body just holds on to the salt and water. There is never urination and even after doing it for several times after 30 min it just flushes my intestines. I also gained weight because of the toxins. And this had some effect on my endometriosis giving me loadds of estrogenic symptoms, anger, bloatness, tender breasts and so on.
Is it normal to gain weight?
What is the best way to do the salt push?
How can I help my body to cleanse the toxins?
I was painting and taking Lugols orally. Do you just paint?
I feel like my health gotten worst so I stop taking the lugols, but this is worse than taking it. How can I help my body to cleanse?
