Re: Pope Points the Way to False Enlightenment

Maybe mine is just a unique situation. Small town, everyone knows each other. Some live down the street from one another, carpools, most are part of some hard working groups that help their communities and people in the surrounding areas. I can't imagine not having that in my life. Being around other christians that you know well and your kids have grown up with is awesome. Not one of them would say that they don't love Jesus more than their own family or friends. They are there for me and others in all types of situations, and if I want my privacy, they will give me that as well.

Each person makes their own profession of faith. Being part of a group does not take that away from you. I'm sorry you can't appreciate that type of life, especially in case you see it as dead. I would think you would tell me how blessed I was.

Yes, the full, unseen body of Christ is worldwide, but there is something to be said for the touch of hometown closeness. I can't tell you more personal things that 'we' or 'I' have been a part of, because of my right to privacy here, but there are awesome stories. Don't sell small groups short trapper. It's doable. They make a difference.

Now, what you may see as a difference and what I see is a difference may be two different things. If you think this Truther Movement is where it's at as far as being 'involved' in a beneficial, non-dead sort of way, then I would have to disagree somewhat. I say this because you post so many things on these types of subjects. It seems to be your focus. Like I told Vekky about posting NAR info, if you are called to do such a thing...then do it. But not everyone is going to be doing the same things. Some will be the Bill Cooper's of the world and others will be small town Mayors, or even the local organizers. Each will have their own calling and no one else gets to decided which is the correct job for them.

Edit: You say people understand the bible at levels. Well that was all that I was saying. I see more than just that one main level in prophecy. Now whether that is considered mature or not...I don't know. That is just were I am for now and like, you...I stay there. I don't want to be moved out of this spot until it's time to move. I will be the only one that knows when that time is. If that makes sense. I'm sorry if I get frustrated with this 'push' I feel to conform to everyone else's idea on this. Me agreeing with it will not solve the problem of all the other things we also don't agree with. I'm just doing the best I can with what God has given me so far.
