So, this thread appears dead, but I want to put it out there that I plan to break Water fat with juice fast as well. I consider myself on the fourth day of a
Water Fast right now, but I know others would say I am on day 1, because I required a green tea, 2 <8
oz servings of green juice without
Sugar sources and <1c of almond milk with 1/4tsp maple syrup and cinnamon to get here. Yesterday, I was really ill: very low blood pressure, headache and nausea, so that I needed some nutrition. The water only was too radical and quick for me. Those beverages did not kick me out of ketosis (act to consistently highest readings on Keto sticks) and I feel much better today.
Anyhow, I know that if I stay feeling well, I can
Water Fast for quite a while after this transition. I would not want to start right in with solids, even if it was fruits, based on the fact that my body gurgled and brlchef a bit with just the juice. After only a few days. I have 30 extra
pounds on me right now, so I’m not worried about having enough “food” as long as I can tolerate without much in the way of side effects other than cravings and mild pain. That was not my experience yesterday and I was amazed by how little food (beverages, really, I guess) it took to make myself much more comfortable.
