Re: The Truth About NAR and 7 Mountain Theology

While belittling or minimizing my experience is another discussion, I will add a few comments.

Most of your assertions are incorrect in regards to my experience.
I was also involved with many AOG, CEA and COG ministries including attending the healing training with a friend as a young adult from Kenneth E. Hagin

I was also heavily involved with youth ministries at many charismatic churches in the area.

It simply came down to what does the book actually say about the doctrines, and what does history say.

I remember a sermon taught often taught where the preacher preached (the fiery gates of hell will not prevail against the church)

Come to find out the word hell there translates to the grave (strongs number G86)and has nothing to do with fire.

I found that many of the pentecostal doctrines were like this.

I also found they do not teach Christian(church) history because they did not exist until the early 1900s.

So the more you dig, whether history or scripture. It continues to show the movement is based falsehoods, and misunderstandings.

During this process for me I came to a place where my feelings about something do not matter. I will no longer deal in subjective truths. Only objectively proven truths by scripture.
