I have found that my pinguecula is less irritated when I'm taking my vitamins and probiotics diligently. the week i.got.too busy and stopped and ate horribly, the dryness and irritation began back as it was in summer . I take a multi, D3, c, and probiotics.. magnesium at.night. I'll try back this week to be more diligent , but.traveling so not.super hopeful. I really do believe it's a sluggish liver and I have bought grape seed.extract and also milk thistle to try use.
