This is factually incorrect. An ION is the smallest particle size that can be made. Every electrolysis unit can make ions, myriads of them.
Don't believe me? drop a pinch of salt into a clear drinking glass in about an inch depth of the solution being tested subsequent to application of electrolysis, if it turns a whitish cloudy color within a couple of minutes, there are IONS present. Salt will have NO EFFECT on non-ionic particles.
I have thusly tested MesoSilver, it turns just as cloudy as what I make.
