Re: Real Dogs

I have a short patience for CRAZY "dog" people. Or as I like to call them "Dog Nazis." It's similar to those who use their own kids as props to start a conflict, for example, letting the kids play in the street and not teach them to get out of the way when a car comes (this happened in a trashy neighborhood side street I briefly lived on). The "mom" would be out there, and if you honked, or showed any impatience the mom would be waving her fist cursing at you, the driver. Which of course encourages the bad behavior.

Dog Nazis are similar. I've had pets growing up and never hit or did anything cruel, but if the dog is sitting on the furniture and a guest comes in I would shoo it away, or take it outside to not disturb the guest. PEOPLE COME FIRST OVER ANIMALS ALWAYS. The DNs that let pets rule the house are anti-social and probably have poor relationships with other humans and tough times at their job or whatever, so they USE the loyalty of the canine to get back at their fellow humans and sometimes their own family members. The dogs develop bad habits and if they are a hunting type breed will even bite people. Ceasar Milan AKA the dog whisperer, has the right idea as far as teaching you the human to be the "head wolf" and them to be a lowly follower as they are designed by nature to be. But no, Fifi will make chi-chi-craps on the rug and will be A-OK, and Fifi will become head wolf and the owners lower dogs. And as a guest, don't you dare complain about the smell!
