Great advice pastet89 try black seed oil, 8 grams of turmeric a day, and Black-WalnutWormwood those are the things helping me the most out of anything right now also herbal teas are great as well. I do chamomile lavender caffeine free tea with molasses, turmeric, black pepper, and some ground cloves. The black pepper helps the body to absorb the turmeric better almost 2000x better as you will see it does not dissolve well in liquids oils yes but not liquids. So you can try putting some coconut oil in tea or coffee and that would probably help the turmeric dissolve better. If not you will be constantly stirring it with a spoon. As long as you get it into you it doesn't matter.
