Have you made any progress with your brain fog? I noticed you mentioned Dr.Schulze/Dr.Christopher and was surprised you didn't mention doing hot/cold hydrotherapy on your head, which is a standard protocol in both of their teachings.
I have made progress with brain fog and my overall mood by increasing my Vit.D supplement intake from 5,000 IU to 15,000 IU daily. I use the Life Extension brand with Vit.K added. And I finish up my morning shower with a few minutes of cold water.
