Thank you for your very informative sharing.

Could you share with me your opinion about Distilled vs Osmosis.
As well perhaps in regards to store bought distilled..... i am a bit worried about the transport process and potential exposure to sunlight...(leeching plastic)..

lastly, if you have it in you, perhaps you have an opinion about long term distilled Water Fasts and what i can expect... books/people/videos you recommend.
