Ashley, just curious, are you still in remission? I just want to make sure that you are literally putting the ear plug in your anus about 1 inch up like a suppository...does it ever get stuck in there when you are trying to remove it? I am going to try your methods this week but want to make sure I am being safe and not going to land myself in the emergency room...appreciate your feedback.
