Yes, satan can get inside a person, but that doesn't stop him moving inside and then outside of you as well. Jesus is outside of you sitting on the right hand side of the Father, but as well as within you as the Holy Spirit at the same time. We are all influenced by satan, but we are also influenced by the Holy Spirit. It depends on which one you welcome more into your life. When we submit to the teaching and power of the Holy Spirit, we are going to see more of Him being present. When more of satan's teaching and power, we see more evil. We all have to choose this day who we will serve.

Don't forget they have a type of body that is spirit and yet can materialize just like Jesus did when He rose again, and walked through walls and appeared and disappeared. Jesus had a body that Thomas could touch his nail scarred hands as proof of Him being alive.

You have to work out the whole picture here.
